Tower of London : The Tower took around 20 years to build. Masons arrived from
Normandy, bringing with them stone from Caen in France. Most of the actual labour
was provided by Englishmen, the Tower of London has also been the infamous
setting for stories of royal tragedy and death, as the most secure castle in the land,
the Tower guarded royal possessions and even the royal family in times of war and
rebellion, but for 500 years monarchs also used the Tower as a surprisingly luxurious
palace, throughout history, the Tower has also been a visible symbol of awe and
fear. Kings and queens imprisoned their rivals and enemies within its walls. The
stories of prisoners, rich and poor, still haunt the Tower.

The British Museum : In the Bloomsbury area of London, United Kingdom, is a


public institution dedicated to human history, art and culture. Its permanent collection
of some eight million works is among the largest and most comprehensive in
existence,having been widely sourced during the era of the British Empire. It
documents the story of human culture from its beginnings to the present. It was the
first public national museum in the world

Big Ben : The name Big Ben is often used to describe the tower, the clock and the
bell but the name was first given to the Great Bell.
The Elizabeth Tower: which stands at the north end of the Houses of
Parliament, was completed in 1859 and the Great Clock started on 31 May, with the
Great Bell's strikes heard for the first time on 11 July and the quarter bells first
chimed on 7 September.
London eye : It is a giant wheel on the south bank of the River Thames in London.
It has the highest viewpoint in London.

Buckingham palace : Buckingham Palace has 775 rooms, more than 50,000 people
visit the Palace each year

Trafalgar Square : is a public space and tourist attraction in central London, at its
center is Nelson's Column, which is guarded by four lion statues at its base.
