LEARNING STANDARD 3.1.1 Conceptualise the meaning of relative atomic mass and relative molecular mass based
on the carbon-12 scale.
3.1.2 Calculate relative molecular mass and relative formula mass

LEARNING OBJECTIVES By the end of lesson, students will be able to :

-define relative atomic mass, relative molecular mass (RAM/RMM)
-explain why carbon-12 is used as standard to determine RAM & RMM
-calculate RMM and RAM of given atom and molecules
