Price –
Price for above system and scope of work is Rs. 19.75 Lakhs ( in words Rupees Ninteen
Lakhs Seventy five thousand only ). Price Basis is ex works Pune/sangola

Payment Term –
30 % advance along with Purchase Order
10 % against approval of GA drawing
50% along with taxes after readiness of equipment against Proforma Invoice.
10 % of basic value within 30 days from date of commissioning or 90 days from date of dispatch
whichever is earlier or against Performance Bank gurrantee

Delivery Time –
8-10 weeks from date of receipt of Purchase Order or Receipt of advance payment or approval
of GA drawing whichever is later.

Transit Insurance -
Transit Insurance shall be in Purchasers scope

Taxes -
Excise Duty:
Excise duty at current rate (current rate is 12.36 %) is applicable. In case of any statutory
changes in the rates of Excise Duty, the variation in the duty amount shall be to the account of
Purchaser
Sales Tax:
VAT shall be applicable @ 12.5 %, Sangola Fan shall provide TAX INVOICE to enable
Purchaser to obtain full set-off. In case of any statutory changes in the rates of Sales Tax, the
variation in the tax amount shall be to the account of Purchaser or 2% against form C

Warranty –
All equipment are thoroughly inspected /tested before dispatch and therefore can be depended
upon for long and trouble free service. We undertake to make goods by repair or replacement
defects arising out of faulty design , material or workmanship within 18 months from date of last
dispatch or 12 months from date of commissioning whichever is earlier. The above warranty
period is subject to plant being erected and made ready for commissioning within 3 months from
completion of all supplies. Provided that if we so require , the parts in respect of which a claim is
made , must be sent at Purchasers Risk to our works before liability can be entertained under
this clause. Bought-out components are guarranted by us only to the extent of guarrantees given
to us by our supplier . This warranty is valid subject to : The equipment or part thereof not being
subject to accident , alteration , abuse or misuse.
