Article XI (In-Depth Selection Process) of the Merit Selection Plan and System of Ranking
Positions of the National Museum approved by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in part
states that:
“In addition to the evaluation of the qualifications based on the criteria used
in the regular selection process, the Board shall determine their other skills,
capabilities, attitude, disposition and other traits relevant to the position to
be filled-up on the basis of their scores in the following:
Management Psychological
Evaluation Test (MPET) - 30%
Interview - 10%
Results of which shall be submitted in original copy, either directly or via mail/courier
through the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD), National Museum, at P.
Burgos Street, Manila.
As further compliance with the aforecited Article XI, you are requested to submit project
proposal (please see attached list). Comprising of the In-Depth Selection Process, this
essentially entails the crafting of a proposal on the matter of information technology and
development tailor fit for the National Museum. Please write a brief but comprehensive
proposal based on the four items listed in the attachment and submit the same via e-mail at
nmp.applications@gmail.com.
Deadline of submission shall be on or before November 11, 2020.
