You won’t believe it, but I’ve joined a gym! It's near my house and I go there three times a week after
school. I joined in order to get fit. I also wanted to exercise more in order to keep active during the
winter months.
I usually spend half an hour on the exercise bike or the treadmill to build up my legs. Then I use the
other equipment to make my arms and back stronger.
I really like going there because it's cheap and it makes me feel good! I’ve also met some really nice
people. In my next blog entry, I'll tell you about them.
