Housing Committee Meeting, AIIMS Bhopal held on 12.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. in the office chamber of Prof.
Arun M. Kokane, Department of CFM, 2nd-Floor of Medical College. The following members were present.

Four members (as above) could not attend the meeting on which the chairman expressed displeasure;
however, the quorum was completed.
Agenda (1): The decision taken in the last meeting 08.09.2020 and approved by competent authority.
Resolution: 1. The Waiting List for allotment of residential accommodation i.e. Type-I to Type-V
updated up to 30.09.2020 has been prepared and uploaded on the official web site of
AIIMS Bhopal on dated 08.10.2020 as well as a copy sent to all HOD’s for
transparency/circulation as directed by the competent authority.

allotment

Agenda (5): Site visit to type-I quarters under modification for type-III, if agreed by all the members.
Resolution: The members visited the site and found that the modification work is satisfactory and in
progress.

Agenda (6): Application dated 07.10.2020 for allotment of quarter of Dr. Devashish Kausal,
Associate Professor, Department of Urology received after due date i.e. 30.09.2020 to be
considered in the housing committee meeting of October (this month).
Resolution: The matter discussed in detail for consideration of his application after due date. The
committee proposed to allot a type-IV qtr. as per his willingness submitted in his
application form as Type-IV qtrs. are vacant for a long time and no other application is in
waiting list for the same.
Agenda (7): Retention of qtr. No. 4018 allotted to Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Accounts Officer, for two months
after his repatriation i.e. 26.10.2020.
Resolution: The matter discussed in detail and the committee proposed to consider his request for
retention of his qtr. for two months after repatriation as no applicant is in waiting list and
the retention is in order.
Agenda (8): Application received for reducing the damage charges of ex-occupants of following type-I
and Type-II qtrs.
Resolution: The committee forwarded the application of the ex-occupants of type-I and Type-II to the
competent authority for necessary direction (applications enclosed)
Agenda (9): Eviction of unauthorised qtr. no. 1029 by Mrs. Bindeshwari Dahate as it is creating
hindrance in modification work of Type-I qtr.
Resolution: Despite of issuing the eviction notices vide letter no. 11000/Admin/Bpl/2020/2485 dated
31.07.2020 and 11000/Est. office/AIIMS/Bpl/2020/180 dated 24.08.2020, the occupant
has not vacated the qtr. till date. The above eviction notices were also pasted at the qtr.
no. 1029. Due to un-authorised possession of the quarter, the progress of work for
modification work of type-I qtr. into Type-III is hindering. Therefore, the committee
proposed to nominate the following board to break the lock of qtr. no. 1029 and shift the
belongings of Mrs. Bindeshwari Dahate to nearby vacant Type-I qtr. of other block.
