Stitching Mechanism 1) Mechanism for moving stitcher head Decelerates the rotation of the stepping motor by 1/10 using the worm gear and worm wheel, accelerates it by four times via the timing gear, and conveys to the screw shat. The head holder moves together with the female serew attached to the screw shaft. A stainless stee! wire is fixed to the head holder and clincher holder so that they are in synchronization. ‘The stitcher head moves by 2 mm (0.08 inch) with each rotation of the screw shaft. ‘+ Eliminates the shaking of the screw shaft in the thrust direction completely (to 0) using the collar. « Reduces the shaking of the female screw at the R side to 0.1 mm (0.004 inch), If overload is detected in the horizontal movement of the stitcher head, it may indicate thatthe screw shaft is dimty or the female sctew is scratched. Clean or tubricate accordingly. 935-1124 fe (998-8007 fame, 995-1023 $95- | ‘Channel ‘al putey 45 ” * =] ee 102: ome - aoe 995-1023) “F a ~ eal cs sxe “PY Nees Na seul ae > ea A Beta 6 lt L, aan os = se em 4a Sori waster me Fer — ae Holding ft t* + a ‘water [> 995-1030 non 8 Strat on ne " a2 99S-M22S0-0004-0 13 1. OUTLINE OF MECHANISMS AND ADJUSTMENTS 5) Adjusting the curvature of the needle ‘+ Align the front, back, left, and right sides of the stitcher head and clincher. If not aligned properly, stitching will not be cartied out propery. + The driving force from the main motor is conveyed to the stitching clutch so thatthe clutch shaft rotates when stapling is performed. The driving slide descends according to this rotation, the stitcher head conveys a certain number of needles, cuts the needles, bends the needle into a U shape, and pushes the needle into the paper. Italso rotates the cam, lifts the bearing on the cam, and atthe same time raises the clincher slide, and bends the back of the needle based on the clincher point.
