CERTIFICATION

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to CERTIFY that there will be no importation involved in the implementation

of the projects funded under the proceeds from the loan application with the Land Bank of the
Philippines amounting to P 40.0 million.

This Certifies further that said load will be utilized to finance the Procurement of
various heavy equipment and service vehicle and for the LGU equity requirement for various
Philippine Rural Development Projects. Purchases involved in said projects will be done
locally.

Issued this 28th day of September 2018 at Gamu, Isabela as a requirement in securing
a Monetary Board Opinion for the above- mentioned loan.
