1. What is the importance of Document security?

= The importance of document security is to maintain the protection of all important records or
data from documents from an authorized access and risk and it also serve as backup docents in
case it is stolen or deleting.

2. Difference document security from information security?

= Document security this is data from document that should be protect from illegal access and
stolen from maintaining stored, backup and eventually disposed of when no longer needed.
While information security is to protect classified information any other form of confidential,
private and sensitive information n designed and implemented to protect print, electronic, or
any other form of confidential, private and sensitive information from illegal access, or
destruction.

4.What is cryptography used for.

=It is a method of storing and transmitting data in a particular form so that only those for whom it is
intended can read and process it. Cryptography not only protects data from theft or alteration, but can also
be used for user authentication.  is used in many applications like banking transactions cards, computer
passwords, and e- commerce transactions.
5. Differentiate declassify from reclassify.
= Declassify is to remove the classification from information, a document, etc. that restricts access in
terms of secrecy, confidentiality, while Reclassify means any change in the current classification of an
existing position or replacing values based on new information, changing of an object or concept
from one classification to another.
