AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, LINA G. FRIOLO, of legal age, married and a resident of Poblacion, Oslob,

Cebu, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:
1. That I am the Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Poblacion, Oslob, Cebu;
2. That on November 22, 2018, I was on duty at Barangay Hall of Poblacion,
Oslob, Cebu from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
3. That the whole time I was on duty, I was inside the Barangay Hall and
never left the said Barangay Hall even for lunch because I brought my own lunch
with me;
4. That during the entire time I was on duty on November 22, 2018, no
Policeman ever went to the barangay hall of Poblacion, Oslob, Cebu to ask any
Barangay Official to witness the conduct of inventory.
5. That I and PURITA RENDON, the Barangay Secretary, was the one who
closed the Barangay Hall at 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon;
