Annual dinner.
Danial, Nik, Ikram, Syafiq: Good morning sir Kimi.
Kimi: I want some suggestion from your guys about the annual dinner. Lets start with
budget.
Danial: I suggest we put RM 4000 for the budget.
Nik: I’m disagree because it was too low. I’m suggest we put RM 6000.
Ikram: I’m disagree I think we should put RM 8000.
Syafiq: I think it too low we should put the budget on RM 10,000.
Kimi: Okay, I’m agree with you Syafiq. The budget is RM 10,000.
Kimi: Any suggestion who should be our guest ?
Danial: All are invited especially those who have contacts with us such as immediate family,
close relatives and staff members.
Ikram: Yeah, I agree with Danial's opinion because it cares about people who have a
relationship with us but at the same time also invite everyone to come to the event.
Kimi: Okay next, where should the venue will held on
Syafiq: For this must be according to how much budget is spent but if our budget is
sufficient I can suggest a very suitable place for this event. my uncle owns a hall and he also
rents out the hall to anyone who is interested in using it.
Nik: Wow that makes our work all easier because you have someone who can help us in
finding a place for this event.
Kimi: Thank you for your suggestion Syafiq.
Kimi: What theme should we choose ?
Ikram: I suggest the Secret Garden theme. this theme is like a mystical atmosphere with lots
of hanging plants and fresh flowers. in addition, it can enhance the atmosphere of Secret
Garden by lighting candles or LED lights to provide a beautiful light for your overall dinner
atmosphere. This Secret Garden dinner theme idea is sure to make people remember this
company event.
Danial: I do not know anything about this theme at all but I can imagine the theme
suggested by ikram is appropriate for the event.
Kimi: Okay, it looks like the theme is very interesting to implement. I accept that theme.

Kimi: What food Should we put at the venue ?
Nik: For food, I have a friend who runs a catering business. Maybe if Sir Kimi is interested in
getting the catering service, I can contact him because his catering business is also a well-
known company in this city and its quality can be trusted.
Kimi: Just food? what about the drinks while at the event?
Syafiq: Don’t worry. I also have a friend who does catering, he was a good friend of mine
while in high school. but the catering service only provides like drinks. maybe if Sir Kimi is
interested in getting his services to prepare drinks at the event I can contact him as soon as
possible.
Kimi: Okay, I'm relieved to hear that. I can't imagine the event without a drink. Thank You

Kimi: What suitable dress code for the event ?
Ikram: I have a very good suggestion for our theme which is The Black and White Formal.
Normally you’d think of black and white as dull and boring, but this theme is very suitable to
use in this event and can create a unique atmosphere and feel luxurious.
Danial: I agree with Ikram's opinion, because I really like the simple style and not too
excessive. I hope sir Kimi also agrees with his opinion.
Kimi: I agree with Ikram opinion.
Kimi: Okay this is the last, any suggestion what entertaiment will be there ?
Syafiq: I recommend entertainment like What’s in the Box? let them play games that test
their courage to face the unknown fears and sensitivities of their touch. Place random items
one by one into a box where only the viewer can see the object but not the game
participant. Let them feel the mysterious object in the box by touching it and let them guess
the correct item.
Nik: I suggest entertainment like Musical Chairs, Play music and let them scramble for chairs
to sit when the music ends. Those who fail to get a place when the music stops playing
should be expelled from the game. Whoever manages to stay until the end of the game will
win a prize.
Kimi: Okay, you all gave good suggestions and cooperation. Thank You for all the
