 1.Introduction.

To establish a process that allows to comply with the strategic plans of a

company is necessary for this reason it is important to make known to each of
the activities that are taken into account to be able to comply with each
procedure and thus know exactly what are the results that we are going To
obtain, it is necessary to give an orderly sequence to each of the activities in
the process in order to comply with the standards of the product or service
offered. In this evidence, each of the processes that are carried out in the
company will be announced by the Triangulo S.A, preparing a flow chart that
allows each of the operations and procedures to be carried out to comply with
the logistics strategies.

Through the flowchart we can visualize each one of the activities or tasks that will
lead us to fulfill each of the determined purposes or objectives, obtaining positive
results by having the triangle products execute a strategic planning in the most
orderly way giving sequence to each of the processes and go hand in hand with
each of the areas of the company and its organizational policy.
