Extremity is one of the many gifts given by God Almighty to each individual, the

perfection of the function of the extremity is an invaluable investment for that individual in
economic and social life. So why am I interested in taking an orthopedic specialist because
the health services provided are to restore the independence of each individual so what will
be done will be very useful in the long term.

My name is Ade Churie Tanjaya, other people usually call me Ade, I was born in
Nganjuk 14 December 1990. I am the second of two siblings, my brother works as a doctor at
a community health center in a sub-district in Nganjuk, my father is a police and work in
Nganjuk, and my mother is a teacher in high school in Nganjuk. I am married, my wife is a
doctor, we have son and now he is 20 months old. In my spare time I like to do sports,
badminton, cycling, running or swimming.
I studied at the University of Jember in 2009 I graduated in 2015 and continued to
be interested in the Madiun district after I finished I returned to work in the Nganjuk district
as a member of the IDI I have participated in several social services held by the local
government related to natural disasters that occurred in Nganjuk district
