Royalty is the 7th album project from Grammy, Stellar and Dove award
winning artist Natasha Tameika “Tasha” Cobbs Leonard. It was recorded
live at The Ryman, a historic venue in Nashville, Tennessee.

The album was originally intended to be a one-of-a-kind sold-out gospel

recording. However, concerns over the spreading pandemic forced her
and her team to make it closed to the public and only for “an audience
of One.”

The project has been hailed as one of her most compelling and
vulnerable albums to date. Tasha largely wrote the album herself,
supported by co-writers Brandon Lake, Dante Bowe and Travis Greene. It
has guest appearances by Kierra Sheard, We the Kingdom and a special
appearance by pop superstar Ciara.

The message being passed is that of thanksgiving for the undeserving

and unrelenting love of God, his goodness in our lives and trusting him
for everything. The titular single “Royalty” emphasizes that we are God’s
masterpiece and he can do whatever he wants with us.
