Online Procedure for 10C (EPS withdrawal)

Considering the difficulies to avail EPS withdrawal through manual claims, RPFC has
deployed the online 10C (EPS withdrawal) facility to minimize the difficulities and paperless
approach.

Following are the key points to be followed before applying online EPS withdrawal in the EPFO portal

 Members Mobile number has be updated in the portal and linked with Aadhar
 Aadhar has to updated and verfied by employer

Step 1: Visit the EPFO’s Unified Member Portal (https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/)

Log in to the account using your login credentials (UAN number as ID and password).
Step 2: Select Form 10C under Online Services dropdown list

Step 3: Fill in the residential address

Step 4: Tick the dialog box and click the submit button to get OTP and update OTP and submit the claim.

Step 5: After submission, online claim submitted file get generate in .pdf file for your reference.
