In order of appearance
After Bond is brought aboard the submarine and visits with Moneypenny, you can see that the light
from her desk lamp is shining, but when he comes out of the meeting with M, and tilts it up towards
Moneypenny, the light is not on.

Just before Bond leaves Moneypenny he says "sayonara" but you never see his lips move because it's
dubbed!!

Aki, Bond's Japanese helper

The area where Bond is walking to go to the sumo match is Ginza, a very famous area in Tokyo for
shopping and night clubs, and not even close to where the sumo tournaments are held. When Bond
opens the door to enter the sumo games, I noticed on the wide screen version that it say's "beauty
parlor" in Japanese.

When Bond and Aki are driving to meet Henderson, Bond starts out on the left hand side of the car.
Just before they arrive, he is suddenly on the right hand side of the car. Also, during these scenes the
car changes from first have been a right steered car to be a left steered car!!

Bond, as "Mr. Fisher" meets Mr. Osato at Osato Chemicals. The conversation is as follows:
Bond: We are interested in the bulk buying of fermentation chemicals, Monosodium glutamate and
Ascorbic acid.
Osato: Would you like a license to manufacture?
Bond: Yes, very much!
Given that Monosodium glutamate is meat tenderizer, and Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C, I hardly
believe that Bond would need a license to manufacture these common household items. They have
been around for a LONG time. The only other possible explanation is that Osato was testing Bond to
find out if he was a phony by asking a stupid question.

Aki and Bond are driving towards Kobe docks to find the Ning Po. About that time Tanaka calls and
appears on a video screen that is placed in the back seat. During that time Aki is not steering the car
along the road.
As the henchmen's car is dropped into the ocean by Tanaka's helicopter, Bond and Aki are watching
the event from a TV screen in their car. Who/what could have been filming the scene?

Aki has pitch black hair, but her stunt double, who is climbing down the rope at the Kobe docks, has
shorter brown hair.

When Bond is attempting to escape from the docks and is fighting lots and lots of Japanese
henchmen the film cut to an aerial shot of him on top of a roof. He throws a punch at one guy,
obviously missing him, yet the henchman still falls to the ground. Now that´s what I call a punch!

"The things I do for England!"

In the scene where Bond convinces no. 11 to "split the money" 50/50 with him, he also successfully
seduces her. Now remember, he has just convinced her that he is an industrial spy and not a British
agent, however, just as he's taking her dress off he says, almost directly in her ear, "The things I do
for England."

During the Russian space launch you can see PALM TREES in the right foreground, suggesting that
this footage is taken from a Cape Canaveral launch!!!

When the Russian capsule is captured by Blofeld's, a shadow covered the astronauts when Blofeld's
capsule closed up, although there were no windows in the Russian capsule......!

The hidden base in the volcano

As the SPECTRE rocket is landing in the volcano you can see that something is attached to the nose.
It is probably the hold for the black cable that lowers the rocket into the landing pad. The hold is not
visible when the rocket is opened and the capsule is taken out!!

When Bond is getting ready to fly Little Nellie, after the scene when he tells Tiger to "listen in on
410 megacycles", in the wide shot of Little Nellie you can see a member of Q branch removing a
bracket which holds the top rotor. But in the next close up of Connery the bracket is back again!!!
(This appears for a very short time and shows up on the right side of the screen!)

Bond fighs back with Little Nellie

When Bond fights against the four helicopters with Little Nellie, the tailfin gets shot, but the bullet
holes disappear in the following scenes.

Bond arrives atop Blofeld's volcano fortress with nothing but the clothes on his back. Seconds later
he changes into a commando uniform, complete with bulky suction cups which he uses to penetrate
the volcano. The utility belt does not show when Bond and Kissy are swimming out of the cave
earlier. It should have been visible if he had it on!!

When Bond helps the imprisoned astronauts escape, they defeat guards that are under six feet tall.
Bond is taller than these guards, but somehow he manages to fit perfectly into one of their jump
suits!

When the ninjas are fighting the workers and guards in the volcano, there is a short scene where a
ninja is slicing and stabbing workers. When the workers defend themselves with metal poles, the
sword clangs against them. When the ninja slices the workers, however, there is still a clanging
sound!!

During the volcano fight, Blofeld is climbing into a shuttle car and about to shoot Bond when he gets
a shuriken to the wrist. In the quick closeup of the starknife stuck in his wrist, you'll notice the pistol
in his hand has a ring on the bottom of the grip much like that of a CO2 pistol. When he drops the
gun and you see it hit, the ring is no longer there.

As the shuriken hits his wrist, the gun goes off. Then as the gun hits the floor, it goes off again. It's a
revolver! It couldn't!

"Bond's friends", Tanaka and Kissy

Then Bond reaches down and picks up the gun with his RIGHT hand, stands up and runs to his
friends holding it in his LEFT hand, reaches them and it's back in his RIGHT hand!

As Bond get up the stairs to the control room, he encounters a man with a rifle who fires at Bond
twice without carrying out the vital procedure of reloading, as he's using a bolt action weapon!!

When Hans pick up the lamp in the end to hit Bond with it, the lampshade fall on the floor. In the
next scene the lampshade is neatly placed on the table!!

Bond fights Hans for the key

When Bond is fighting Hans for the key to the shuttle destruct button, Hans picks up a lamp and tries
to hit Bond over the head with it. In the close-up you can see him pick it up at the bulb end but in the
long shot you see him holding it at the base end.

When Bond is struggling with a lock on the destruct panel, he can see Blofeld,s rocket in space
trying to capture the other orbiting space shuttle. The problem is that there is no-one else out there to
film the incident. Blofeld only has one rocket and neither the Americans nor the Russians have
another rocket out there!!!

At the first attempt to enter the volcano, Bond and Kissy try to go by the cave but find it filled with
highly poisonous gas. However, when the volcano is being destroyed, Bond and the surviving ninjas
escape unscathed through the same cave.

When Kissy has gone for help and Bond enters the volcano, she has put on some more clothes. In the
end though, when they are swimming out from the big cave Rusaki, she only has the bikini again!!

When the mountain blow up, why is there lava flowing down the side of it? The volcano is extinct
and the mountain is hollow inside so where does the lava come from?

When Bond and Kissy are sitting in the rubber boat, Bond has hair on his chest, but previous in the
movie this was shaven off to make him look more Japanese!!

In the last scene when Bond and Kissy are climbing into the rubber boat Bond says: "Stay", but his
lips never move!

Others
Bond admits to Henderson that he has never been in Japan before. However, in From Russia With
Love, he recalls a trip to Tokyo with his boss "M". I'm really sure that Tokyo is in Japan!!

Special
When Henderson offers Bond a drink he says; "Stirred not shaken. That was right wasn't it?" and
Bond replies; "Perfect". But we all know that Bond's martini is "shaken, not stirred" so this should
have been wrong. But if you look at it in a different angle it doesn't have to be wrong: Bond has
arrived in Japan where one is supposed to be very polite and never embarrass ones host, so Bond is
just being polite by saying that the drink was fine!!
