JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities & duties

 Digital marketing (includes website management and social media management) Designing of creative
for social media, research banners, festivals etc.
  Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench
marking, and messaging and audience identification.
 Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds
meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Company social content
 Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community;
 Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
 Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best
practices, and then acting on the information
 Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key
players and coordinate actions 
 Must have knowledge in On page optimization / Off page optimization
 Should have expertise in Article Submission, Blog Posting, and Business Directory Submissions.
 Knowledge of Keyword research & Web Ranking Improvement Techniques, Content Marketing,
Organic/Paid Search, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Re-Marketing.
 Knowledge of social media optimization (Facebook Promotion, Twitter Promotion, Google plus
Promotion) will be required.
 Maximizing followers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and Pinterest.
 Optimizing Search Engine Presence and activity, Using Social media for Lead Generation, Social
Media Optimization. Complete Digital Marketing.
 Knowledge of Automation tools for social media marketing, generating back links etc.
 Generating Leads from Website.
 Research, Design, Development, Promotion of organizations micro-sites /websites.
 Must have knowledge of Google local listing.
 Basic knowledge of HTML editing, graphics designs using Photoshop (Added Advantage) Evaluate
website content performance using Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics Should know Microsoft Word
and Microsoft Excel. Add on advantage if candidate knows content writing as well.
 Should be good in English communication skills. 
 And from BFSI background will advantage
 And experience in Financial Sector will be advantage.
