IMPORTANT POINTS
• There will be no Tendulkar Payouts to Agency Partners in this quarter (Q3 – OND).
• CLA = LA / AP(Self Code) /IMD doing cumulative APE of 30K & Above in the contest period.
• Total CLA within contest period will define the band of payout as Achievers or SUPER Achievers.
• 1 Lakhpati LA will be considered as 2 CLA in the contest.
• If AP does cumulative 30K APE & above under Self Code then it will be considered as 1 CLA under the same AP. In this case if the NOP logged under
self-code is considered as CLA under “OCTOBER BONANZA (Badlenge Hum… Toh Jeetenge Hum….) – CLA Contest” then this NOP will not get counted
under “OCTOBER BONANZA (Badlenge Hum… Toh Jeetenge Hum….) – NOP Contest”.
• AP (Direct Team ) will be eligible for reward in any one of the “OCTOBER BONANZA (Badlenge Hum… Toh Jeetenge Hum….) – APE Contest” or
“OCTOBER BONANZA (Badlenge Hum… Toh Jeetenge Hum….) – CLA Contest” or “OND BONANZA (Badlenge Hum… Toh Jeetenge Hum….) – Contest”
whichever is higher. One Person one reward rule in this segment will applicable.
• Split Policy Rule will be applicable for CLA count.
 Split policies are defined as policies which are login within 30 days from last policy login and have same Life Assured and same Product
irrespective of same Life Advisor.
 In case of Kotak Headstart Child Assure, Kotak Child Edu and Kotak Child Future policies, if beneficiaries are different then it will not be
considered as a Split Policy case.
 Split policy rule will not be applied on combo products.
 LA/AP(Self Code)/IMD belonging to 2nd or consecutive policy in split policy rule will not be considered as CLA. Credit of CLA count of such LA
will not be given to Agency Partner in case of split policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The contest is applicable for all Agency Partner (Direct Team Code) of Agency Partner Channel.
• Login Details :- 3rd October – 31st October 2020; Conversion:- 10th November 2020.
• APE inclusive of GST shall be considered for the contest.
• CLA = LA / AP(Self Code) /IMD doing cumulative APE of 30K & Above in the contest period.
• 1 Lakhpati LA will be considered as 2 CLA in the contest.
• Non Par Regular Premium policies except KLIP will be excluded from the contest.
• All Regular Par products will carry 100% weightages.
• All Regular ULIP products will carry 37.5% weightages.
• All Single Premium products will carry 10% weightages.
• KLIP will carry 10% Weightage in the contest period.
• All Term Plan (Regular & LPP) will carry 100% weightages.
• All Regular Traditional policies where Premium Paying Term is greater than or equal to 10 years only will be considered. All Term Plans will be
exception to this rule.
• All Traditional Policies with Premium Paying Term (PPT) is >= 7 years & < 10 years AND Policy Term (PT) is 14 years & more & case size of Rs. 48000 or
more will be eligible for credit in the contest. All Term Plans will be exception to this rule.
• All cases with APE above Rs 25,000 will be verified in respect of premium payment term and premium amount from HO by tele-calling the customer.
• Surrender & Re-login Cases will not be considered in the contest.
• Data as per Life Asia will be considered for the contest.
• Cheque bounce cases if resubmitted and converted before the conversion cut off date will be considered.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The prizes are non-transferable.
• Split policy rule mentioned in Important points will be applicable for CLA count.
• Only In force policies at the time of running final results will be considered for the contest.
• Any business already logged in / converted earlier than the scheme period, if cancelled & re-logged will not be considered, Kotak Life Insurance's
decision in this regard will be final.
• Under no circumstance shall any person be eligible for more than one prize.
• All prizes will be given out as per status after free look period.
• The prize money will be directly credited to qualifiers account through HR Payroll.
• All prizes are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of the prize, it will be substituted with a similar prize.
• Non-compliance of ethics & compliance guidelines will lead to disqualification.
• All benefits are subject to withholding taxes as applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Payouts will be given to the winners only if they are still on the rolls of the KLI at the time of payout disbursal and the winners should have also not
resigned on that date. Employees on notice period will not be considered.
• This is an internal scheme offered to the Agency Partners on sole discretion of Kotak Life Insurance, any terms conditions & issues related to the
scheme cannot be questioned outside the Company.
• In all cases Kotak Life Insurance’s decision would be final and binding.
• Application, interpretation or modification of any of the terms & condition including Contest Logins & Conversions Extension will be as per the
decision of Head of Distribution.
