Sir/ Ma’am,

Good day! I,Mary Fairly Nacua, Tropical Hut Hamburger Panay Cashier, asking on your good
side to please allow me to extend my leave until last week of February, for some emergency
reason, that I need to go home in our province.

Also, since the store can’t still give me schedule, considering my situation that I’m a high risk
individual to get infected by the virus, because of having low immunity system, sinusitis and
asthma.

Going home to my province will lessen my everyday expenses, and I want to spend this time
with my daughter while I still don’t have duty.

But when the store operations go back to normal and will be need an additional manpower in
the counter area, I am more willing to be back soon.
