This novel mainly tells about friendship and nationalism. Many of us think that
nationalism is a complicated matter. Through 5 cm, we are invited to "play
around" with a simple sense of domestic love through the five friends who are the
main characters. This novel, which tells the many values of life, really inspires the
younger generation to always think ahead and have bright ideas. This novel gives
a message to us about the meaning of friendship, love, compassion, sacrifice,
nationalism, and dreams for the future.

This novel introduces each character by taking a unique point of view, making the
reader feel the joy of reading the novel. Their friendship is full of love stories
during their trip to Mount Mahameru, very funny and full of love.

Interpretation

After three months, finally Genta contacted his friends and made an appointment
to meet at the Senen Train Station, where they didn't know where to go. it is
Mount Mahameru. A week before the meeting, Genta asked his friends to bring
hiking equipment. They started their adventure and then they started climbing
the highest mountain on the island of Java, Mount Mahameru. Their journey was
not good, they encountered several obstacles. After struggling with big problems
they finally reached the top of Mount Mahameru, they raised the Indonesian flag
there.
