Issue:                         Error 313 Smart Battery Failure and not charging

Solution:                   Battery replacement and firmware update of the server after
required Backup

Logs Analysis: Error appears in server IML log viewer and in the Bios event history

Issue:                         Informational Alert regarding the “ hardware_raid_cache”

Solution:       The server HDDs are not configured using RAID Mode of Smart array
Controller but using the HBA mode. The hardware RAID controller
>> Cache Status will remain in Not Configured state. This feature is
by design and message is informational as HBA does not support cache.
Hence, no action is required. All the other servers configured in similar
way, shall have the same Informational Alert.                      

Logs Analysis by HPE support: From hardware perspective, we do not see any hardware
failure. There is no RAID configured. It is blank. We have checked the array report and
RAID BIOS screenshots, and found no error in the report.

There is no cache configured, since no RAID configured. Cache is available only in the
RAID mode of the Smart Array controller.
