Payment Term and Conditions:

1. The Buyer Issues ICPO with Banking Details to the Seller, alongside with the Company Profile
and Registration Certificate.

2. The Supplier and Buyer endorse the contract. All Parties fill and sign the NCND/IMFPA.

3. The Supplier sends the following documents to the buyer;

nAssurances to supply
nQuality Certificate (LAB. Passport)
nCopy of the Resource Confirmation Letter
4. The Buyers Bank Issues POF-SBLC MT 760 or Blocked Fund MT 799 issued by Prime
Bank. Covering one(1) — month shipment value as guarantee of payment for the entire
contract duration.
Note: Only POF — SBLC MT760 or Blocked Fund MT799 issued by a top 50 Prime World is
acceptable
