So how many different flavours of ice cream are there? There are hundreds! Some types of ice cream have fruit

love green tea ice cream. You can find corn ice cream in Mexico and avocado ice cream in Brazil. There’s a type of
Peruvian ice cream with strawberries and chili and they have caviar ice cream in France. In Merida, Venezuela,
there’s an ice cream shop with spaghetti and cheese ice cream. Do you think that’s disgusting? Then don’t try
Japanese chicken wing ice cream or Indian fish ice cream!

Sopa Seca is my favourite food main course because is very easy to prepare and very delicious .
The sopa seca is origin in Ica but specifically in Chincha that’s where I learned to eat it
and I saw how people prepared sopa seca in clay pots.
The ingredients of sopa seca are 1 kg of chicken pieces,3/4 of spaghetti ,5 tablespoons oil,
1 chopped tomato or tomato sauce,1 chopped onion, 4 tablespoons of aji panca, 1 cup grated
carrot, 2 tablespoons of ground garlic and everything is throw into the pot and ready.
You can accompany it with huancaina .
