AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF SALE

OF FIREARM

I, FELICISIMO JOTOJOT BURATO, of Poblacion, Alicia, Bohol, after having been

duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I owned a 9MM caliber Licensed Firearm, with Control No. I-F-150806, FA Lic.
No. 104536112079927, and Serial No. 121044;

2. That the above mentioned Firearm were sold to FRAZAN DOTAROT CORRE of
Poblacion, Alicia, Bohol, sometime in August 2014 by myself;

4. That we hereby CONFIRM AND AFFIRM that the above-mentioned firearm had
been in open, continuous, exclusive and notorious possession at the present by the
buyer;

5. That we are executing this Affidavit in order to formally establish and attest to the
foregoing facts, for all legal purposes.
