1. That a portion of the parcel of land which is the share of the Heir-
Vendor, VICTORIA G. MAURILLO, designated as Lot No. 598-D,
CAD 926-D, situated at Poblacion Uno, Sikatuna, Bohol with an
area of 1, 068 square meters more or less owned by the late
Saturnino Banquil was sold to me by VICTORIA G. MAURILLO for
TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00);
2. That the Deed of Sale was not notarized by a notary public since
VICTORIA G. MAURILLO failed to produce her valid Identification
card and left for Davao, however, all the parties therein signed the
said Deed of Sale; That a Joint Affidavit was executed and
notarized by Atty. Thaddeus Jose C. Acero to attest and confirm
that the said conveyance and absolute and definite sale of lot 598-
D Cad 926-D by the Heir-Vendor VICTORIA G. MAURILLO was
genuine and valid. Attached herewith is the Joint Affidavit together
with the Deed of Sale;
4. That I paid the tax of the said property starting 2008 up to the
present since they are not interested in paying the tax. Attached
herewith is the receipt from the municipal assessor of Sikatuna;
