Dear Shaheen

Below is really important email as per my point of view because through this information we can change the warm up protocol.

3F3E3F3F3F3F.... is Arc on Cathode, but it is strange as it only appears under few conditions and there's no Arc on anode.

Is it always at the same stage.

To check the warm up sequence, edit the file in /ct/KBProj/develop/etc/scan/warmup
the filename is wupcnfg
so open a terminal by CTRL ALT W
#cd /ct/KBProj/develop/etc/scan/warmup
#jot wupcnfg

Maybe you can simply edit the faulty line. Avoid 135kV for the firsts weeks if you don't use it in clinical mode.

It is important that you know the condition of the fault. Maybe you can clean the cathode site of the HV cable but let's try to gather more information first.

As far as I know, Asteion Dual is supposed to use 4.0 MHU tube, and the software does not allow something else. But check in:

 System Setup (CTRL ALT T)
Change System >>>Service Engineers (pw: woodpecker)
Change tube and HFG and check the list of available tube.
