Far Calculation

This document discusses how to calculate the maximum building area and number of floors allowed for a land plot based on its size and FAR (Floor Area Ratio) rules set by Rajuk. It provides an example calculation for a 5 Katha (3600 sqft) plot, showing that the maximum building area is 12600 sqft based on a 3.5 FAR, allowing up to 6 floors (1 ground floor + 5.6 upper floors rounded down). The maximum ground coverage is calculated as 62.5% of the land area.
