No, unfortunately, those who exercise biopiracy, as indicated in the text are those who are
part of developed countries, and are those who handle the threads of power, therefore, it is
very complex to deter them, also they are the ones who abuse customs, wisdom and
resources of the indigenous people of third world countries. They create the organizations
(developed countries) that seek to protect these property rights, however, for it to be really
effective, there is a great abyss, since there is no agreement.
