Product Information

Description AIR FOAM® is a foaming agent for use in mineral exploration, HDD, water well,
foundation, and seismic drilling operations.

Characteristics
 Biodegradable
 Aids in drilling of unstable zones
 Easily carries cuttings to surface
 Reduces bit balling and packing
 Cuts down on dust during air drilling operations

Application
 Mist application: Add 1.0 to 2.5 quarts per 100 gallons of make-up water
 Stiff foam: After mixing 0.5 to 1.0 quarts of WYO-VIS® HP per 100 gallons of
make-up water, add AIR FOAM® at a rate of 3.0 to 5.0 quarts.
 Mud mist operations: Same as foam addition, but add to bentonite or
DRIL-TROL™ fluid.

Packaging AIR FOAM® is packaged in 5 gallon, 55 gallon drums, and 240 gallon totes.
