Profile of Graduates
Palconit, Sofia Mae M.
Tuesday & Friday (4:00 pm – 5:30 pm)

 Apply knowledge of mathematics, natural, physical, and applied sciences,


information technology, and other engineering principles.
 Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern
engineering and IT tools, including prediction and modeling, to solve complex
engineering problems, with an understanding of the limitations.
 Communicate effectively on complex engineering activities with the engineering
community and with society at large, such as being able to comprehend and write
effective reports and design documentation, make effective presentations, and give
and receive clear instructions.
 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of engineering management principles
and economics decision-making and apply these to one’s work, as a member and
leader in a team, to manage projects and multidisciplinary environments.
 Recognize the need, and the presentation and ability to engage in independent and
life-long learning in the broadest context of technological change.

These are the five competencies of new graduates of BSME that I’d chose. I savvy that
choosing these competencies will aid me to become a triumphant mechanical engineer
someday. It is as plain as a pikestaff that taking these competencies seriously will give us a
widely bright ideas. These aptitudes incorporate the ability to work on a gathering, suitably
keeping an eye on client and accomplice needs, capably directing endeavors, inventive
thinking, and crucial business data. This level covers the data, aptitudes, and limits that
engineers can benefit by, paying little psyche to the zone.
