1. Went above and beyond what was required for work?

- In my previews job we went through some significant changes and my boss ask for a
volunteers to carry out temporarily the additional duties while searching for a new
personnel.

-so I Volunteered to take on the work because I know how important and can affect the our
office on the certain job request.

2. Mistake at work
- When a mistakenly sent a wrong invitation to our partner.
- As soon as I realized I had made a misktake, I informed my boss before contacting each
partners to explain my error. So I apologized unreservedly to my manager and took
appropriate steps to make sure it never happen again.
3. In my preview job. I Handle a reformist which have a Different kinds of personalities and my
task is to make them follow our rules and regualtions to insure they in same page on reforming
their selves.

So I held a informal meeting and explain the importance of the program and obey the rules and
regulation of the program because in the end of the day they are the only one will benefit of it.
The end result were very promising . they work extremely well together and no regulation and
rules was violated.

4. Long running project.

Skp2 the program was challenging but by remaining focused on the end goal being resilient
during the difficult periods of the program. In each mistakes will serve as a daily lesson to be
improved.

5. Persuade someone to see your point of view

- I just give them clear evidence base on facts and figure through research

6. Job went through significsnt change

-im actually quite a fan of chnge because the more u make change the more you can learn. One
particular time where I was to carry out all the tasks of my co workers so that we will
immediately take do his task if she or he not present. When get more use to it I felt confident
because I already acquired new skills.

7. Collaborate with co workers difficult to work

- So I asked him outright what the problem was and what I could do to make things work.
1. My recently job was in well known academe institution specifically in a research department
under extension division. I was a project staff for almost 3 years where I performed full
cycle duties such as prepares communications, documents, confidential files, coordinate
activities with partner agencies so that the program will run smoothly. A skp 2 program for
