May 28, 2020 PAKISTAN OILFIELDS LIMITIED OFFICE CIRCULAR COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS Keeping in view the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, the following practices, already communicated from time to time, are being reiterated for strict adherence by all till further instructions: 4. A minimum distance of 6 feet from any other person must be maintained at all times. 2. Facemasks must be worn at all times in office. 3. Frequent handwashing and respiratory etiquette as per already advised instructions should be ensured. 4. Administration department will continue to carry out disinfection of surfaces, equipment and other elements of the work environment. 5. The practice of deploying skeleton / essential staff should continue while ensuring continuity of operations. 6. Meetings should be minimized and where possible, audio/video links should be used. 7. If an employee experiences fever, cough, shortness of breath or any symptoms of COVID-19, he / she should not attend office and should immediately report this to his / her supervisor and the hospital for further medical advice. Such employees must monitor their temperature in the morning, afternoon and before bed time. They must not attend office until given clearance by the hospital. 8. Employees must avoid unnecessary travel, visiting relatives or going to shops or other crowded areas as far as is practically possible. 9. Any employee who suspects he / she may have come into contact with a COVID-19 patient or has a history of contact with a person returning from abroad or travels out of station must immediately inform their supervisor and carry out all the steps mentioned in paragraph 7.
