Setting up of a Covid care facility in a locality with the help of PDSA cycle

1)Plan- Recruit a group of professionals in field of expertise like

management,medicine,etc.
Divide the people into specialized groups based on their expertise.
Jot down a rough map of the steps you are going to follow and establish the
deadlines and constraints that you have.
Make a Grantt Chart preferably using tools like excel.
Decide on the sample size you are going to carry out tests.

2)Do- Carry out the tests on a sample size as decided in the planning stage.

3)Study- Process the data gained from the sample.

Interpret the result.
See how the people from various localities are affected.
Check the degree of infection whether asymptomatic or symptomatic.
Designate areas in the locality as least affected,mildly affected and severely
affected.
Apply machine learning algorithms(regression analysis) to predict the future rise
or fall in cases.

4)Act- Based on the study conducted get your logistics in place.

Based on the predicted no of cases in the locality order the appropriate number of
ventilator,medicines and other necessary equipments as per the requirement.
A feedback system could be put in place to carry out tests on people who were
discharged earlier to see if they are infected again.
