conglomerate market. Top 3 competitor of Nestle respectively are Mondelez, Unilever and
Danone. As the diagram show below, these three food and beverage companies’ performance is
nearly close with Nestle these years, this considered as a large threat of Nestle.

As a top competitor of Nestle, Mondelez operate in approximately 1,655 countries and have sales
of approximately $30 billion that are produced through all their product. The main products
category of Mondelez are biscuit, cheese, candy, chocolate and cheese. This brand continues to
innovate with innovative goods that provide excellent taste to satisfy customer needs.
Mondelez’s fastest growing categories are gum, candy, cookies, and chocolate. Due to their

and beverage processing conglomerate product, Danone also selling pets foods, dietary
supplement and confectionary. Their production focus on the wellness and taste to fulfill the
needs of people of all ages. Their products appeal to fresh dairy products, medicinal wellness
