Students carry out research in their courses independently and with an open outcome. This helps to internalize and practice research conducts and methods, skills such as formulating a precise question and processing and monitoring a research process. This is very important in teaching field because if your approach is not a research-based, you may end up teaching a subject using the same method and examples again and again.

5. What do we mean by Spiral progression approach?
*As learning progresses, more and more details are introduced but at the same time they are related to the basics which are being re-emphasized and re-discovered. For example: Basic principles are introduced in the first grade and rediscover in succeeding grades in more complex forms. So from Macro to Micro from Simple to Complex from Broader to Narrow.
6. Learners have different ethnic and cultural affiliation, why is it
necessary to promote a cultural sensitive? *If your approach is culture sensitive you are mindful of the diversity of cultures in your classroom. You employ a teaching approach that is anchored on respect for cultural diversity. Cultural Sensitivity is being aware that cultural differences and similarities between people exist. You view learners as unique individuals and realize and accept that their varied cultural experiences, beliefs, values and language affect their ways of thinking and interacting with others and the larger community. And if you are culture sensitive you will not judge one culture as superior to other culture or you don’t think that your culture is better than your learners. Indeed no culture is perfect and that every culture has its own strengths and weaknesses.
7. How does this constructivist approach implement?
*Constructivist is based on constructivist learning theory of Piaget, he observed and described children at different ages according to what his experiences that Children construct their own knowledge in response to their experience. If your teaching approach is Constructivist you believe that students learn by building upon their prior knowledge (knowledge that students already know prior to your teaching). Students learn when you help them connect lessons to their prior knowledge. Much of what they learn are those that are connected to their prior knowledge.
