EDUCATION

Odrek Rwabogo went to Naama Primary School and finished in 1982,

He joined Kako Secondary School, Masaka, later Bujaga Secondary School after being late for
admission at Old Kampala Secondary school.

Odrek sat A-level twice in 1989, 1990, and managed to make it to Makerere University to study
journalism.

He later joined Cardiff University in Wales where he did a masters degree in journalism and media
studies.

Met with patience Museveni on January 2, 2000 and they wedded in 2002.

WEALTH AND POWER

Rwabogo’s wealth is unmatched and his greed for more wealth is ever growing. His quest for power
is wild and he is ready to overthrow his father-in-law, Museveni.

He has set a firm grip on the media fraternity, land grabbing and real estate enterprises. There is a
trinity made of Frank Tumwebaze, David Bahati and Robert Kabushenga who do Rwabogo’s
bidding through all spheres of the economy.

Rwabogo and his father Kutesa have constructed a ring fence around Museveni and rent him out
using Molly Kamukama that no one meets the him except through Kutesa and Rwabogo at an
exorbitant fee between $10,000 and $500,000 depending on the reason to be discussed with
Museveni.

Odrek Rwabwogo started TERP and TOMOSI Group a company housing a set of business dealing
in importation and exportation. His rise started in 2000 when he met with Patience Museveni the
first daughter and Janet Kataha’s favorite child.

Under TOMOSI is a conglomerate of businesses

1. TOMOSI Malls – this includes a set of shopping malls in Ntinda, Bunga, Kansanga,
Muyenga, Bugolobi, Nasser Road, Kololo, Nakasero, Bukoto, Wandegeya and Nakawa

2. TERP Consults – this deals in consultancy in legal affairs, business and investment,
procurement, government contracts, taxes etc…

3. TERP Real Estates – this is located at Serena Hotel. He deals in construction of roads, dams,
buildings, architecture, etc.

4. TERP Security – this deals with security services including armed guards, private
investigations, delivery, gold trading, labour export, etc…

5. TERP Clearing and Forwarding – this deals in assisting in clearing and forwarding then good
transportation.

6. TERP Paper – it is one of the biggest companies that manufacture paper and well as export
Tanzania, Burundi, DRC and South Sudan

7. TERP Industries – this is holding shares in a number of manufacturing companies including

Crown beverages, Harris International, Picfare Industries, Tiagong Plastics, TERP poly-
ethane and TERP Oils.

8. TOMOSI Farm Industry – This is one of the largest and most productive and profiting farms
in Uganda. With products like Milkman, UHT Longlife Milk and many others. He produces
over 50,000 liters of milk daily, cheese and yogurt. Now TOMOSI is the leading exporter of
beef to the Middle East especially Israel.

9. TERP Hotels – these are a set of small sized yet exclusive hotels in exclusive places of
Entebbe, Kololo, Nakasero, Kiwatule, Munyonyo and Buziga.
 10. TERP institute of Journalism- this is a school of journalism with branches in
Mbarara, Kampala and Nairobi.

11. TERP Media with Kaaro FM 103.8 FM.

POWER

He is the Secretary for Investment, Youth Wing, in the in Bahima Century Dynasty[BCD]
leadership.

Rwabwogo joined politics in 1992 when at University in Makerere with Charles Rwomushana.

For nearly one and a half decade, Rwabwogo has been building a political profile within the corridors
of power. Being the husband to the most loved first daughter; he has enjoyed numerous secrets with
his mother-in-law Janet Kataha. He has built political structures within the regime to the extent of
being able to determine who Museveni deploys and where.

In the bid to recruit his own support within the ruling party, he introduced a project dubbed NRM
IDEOLOGY, which covertly preaches to the youth that Museveni and his peers are the source of
all Uganda’s problems, which is definitely true. He has stepped up efforts to create his own team of
subservient senior government officials.

In 2014, he expressed interest in joining mainstream political party structures and wanted to
dislodge Gen Matayo Kyaligonza from his party position under the influence of the first lady.
Museveni pleaded with him to back-off which he painfully adhered to.

He has been at loggerhead with Muhoozi Kainerugaba due to their ambitions to be president after
Museveni. He is not alone but fully supported by Janet Museveni and Sam Kutesa.

Rwabogo with support from his father Sam Kutesa sponsored 32 independent members of parliament
mainly from NRM and DP in 2016 elections.

He founded companies in China, Taiwan and Qatar which win contracts in oil, road and dam
construction and airport management services. These companies are secretly taking over his father’s
wealth Sam Kutesa.

Rwabogo and Kutesa control all government owned media outlets and also directly control headlines
in The Daily Monitor, Red Pepper, and all major Tabloids.

Rwabogo and Kutesa control the judicial system as Kahinda Otafire has always complained.

The DGISO, CMI and CIID are directly controlled by Rwabogo and portioned by Sam Kutesa.

Rwabogo and Kutesa have secretly hired the services of Ex- Mossad operatives to secretly operate
in the country under the disguise of beef exporters and marijuana commercial growers and have
assured them that success in Khartoum will reflect success in Kampala.
Rwabogo and Kutesa control all the RDCs in the country and they are also holding the NRM
structures with their own grip.

Sam Kutesa using Rwabogo procured a military grade poison to kill the Speaker of Parliament
Rebbeca Kadaga using Hon. Balyeku Moses. Kutesa assumes that he will take over as Speaker of
parliament after Kadaga’s death. He predicts that after Museveni’s disposal using the DP and People
Power Protests, Kutesa becomes interim President being speaker of parliament then.

Rwabogo and Kutesa have dislodged all senior government officials from powerful positions in
government replacing them with others subservient to their aspirations. The displaced include the
PS, Ministry of Health, Jeniffer Musisi of KCCA, Directors below her among many others.

In the recently concluded investigations; the interrogations at buziga base; patience Rwabogo
confirmed that her husband Odrek Rwabogo regularly meets Norbert Mao, Dr. Kiiza Besigye,
Muhammad Nsereko, Michael Mabikke, Abed Bwanika and Mabirizi. The venue is always buziga
country resort owned by Odrek Rwabogo.

There were several reasons for why Odrek Rwabogo was meeting this group on different secret
occasions.

Odrek owns a secret home in buziga detached to buziga country resort where these meetings happen
inside his suite. These meetings start at 23:00hrs earliest and 02:00hrs latest.

Every meeting, Odrek spends ugx20million per meet but ugx40million with Besigye

HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND BODY ORGANS BUSINESS

Odrek Rwabwogo and Patience Museveni Rwabwogo work with Robert Baldwin one of the top
human organs merchants in the world through his company GIM Security (Gideon’s Men).
Baldwin’s agents are reported to control one of the largest human farms in Libya which is now
ranked as the number one human organs market in the world.

Rwabogos control Mulago Hospital through its ED Dr Byarugaba Baterana and it is the largest
market for human body organs in Uganda where buyers from all over the world converge for
business.

Countrywide, they manage the body organs business through Dr. Diana Atwine minister
Permanent Secretary (PS) Ministry of Health who oversees all hospitals and Health Centers
used as organs extraction centers (OECs) for their business hence the recent embankments on
hygiene improvement for them countrywide.

To boost the business, Robert Baldwin and Little Sam managed to train over 2000 pastors /
Clerics spread countrywide to administer MMS cure to publically but covertly intoxicate church
goers who later turnout as victims of the vice. More than 150,000 Ugandans have fallen victim of
this.
As victims of the dioxide, from the miracle mineral solution (MMS) cure run to hospitals / health
centers [which are at the same time serve as Organs Extraction Centers] for treatment, the
operators of these centers jubilate mission and business success.

Out of the 184 recruitment agencies dealing in human trafficking, 114 are directly incorporated by
Odrek Rwabwogo and Patience Museveni Rwabwogo or indirectly through Robert Baldwin: they
attract from these companies / Agencies an income of US$10,000 per month from each. These are
controlled through Ashe Kitandwe, who doubles as General Manager, GM Security Uganda and
also Vice Chairman of Uganda Association of External Recruitment Agency (UAERA)

Recruitment Agency and many other Odrek Rwabogo and Baldwin agencies are known to be the
top companies in labor export also involved in human trafficking and body organs trading.

EXTRA-MARITAL AFFAIRS

His marriage with Patience was a family arrangement rather than a love relationship. This has never
stopped Rwabogo from hunting for love thereby engaging himself in countless sexual encounters
with gorgeous looking young ladies.

Patience Museveni Rwabogo asserts that there is a girl, Ataho Claire, 29yrs who is a known sex
partner to Odrek and is believed to be pregnant (6months) with valid visas to UK and Dubai where
Odrek owns commercial apartments.

He is known to engage in extra-marital affairs and he is the reason Thomas Nkulungira aka TONKU
is serving a life sentence in prison after engaging in an affair with Tonku’s girlfriend an act Janet
Kataha (a.k.a Killer Mother) termed as first family embarrassment and destructive to her daughter’s
marriage thereby eliminating the innocent girl and had Tonku convicted to Luzira maximum prison.

KATOSI ROAD SCAM

Odrek Rwabwogo, Frank Tumwebaze and Robert Kabushenga are known to have stolen up to
UGX214bn the money meant to construct and finish the project.

PRESIDENTIAL AMBITIONS

Inflated by the first lady, his covert operation to take power from Museveni has seen many
Musevenists lose their jobs unfairly. This involves contractors, suppliers, individuals, and
companies seeking government compensations.

DIRTY BUSINESS

It is known that Rwabwogo controls the media articles and uses media to blackmail, tarnish and
malice his competitors grab contracts and influence court cases. He also promotes his own interests
using the same media.

He conspires with ill-minded pharmacists to create animal diseases to cause animal trade quarantines
to districts where his beef trade competitors get their supply thereby kicking them out of business.
Tax evasion is one of the known ways TERP group maximizes profits against other competitors.

THEFTY AND CORRUPTION

He is one of the top land grabbers after Kutesa and Sudhir. He has reclaimed swamps, grabbed
government land belonging to industrial parks and forestland.

He is known to forging companies to tap into government contracts and closes them after
accomplishing the deal

Odrek Rwabwogo, through TERP Consults is one of the suppliers of drugs to National medical
stores; him and Muhoozi Kainerugaba are known to being the power holding the drug stealing
curtails together.

He is known to be the catalyst in accelerating court cases demanding for government

compensation. This leads to the inflation of compensation amount from which he gets big sums as
commissions.

Together with Frank Tumwebaze, bought land on which USAFI market was built and the owner
was paid only UGX8bn from the UGX36bn the government released.

The duo stole another UGX20bn on a contract to build USAFI market and instead built a wooden
one at the cost of UGX700m

Destabilized the mortgage department of Crane Bank and took mortgages properties.

Kutesa, Rwabogo, Tumwebaze and Maama Janet the largest shareholders in DFCU bank targeted to
buy city malls cheaply as well, destabilize the mortgage department of Crane bank which had the
highest number of mortgage clients. A number of buildings in Kansanga, Yusufu Lule road,
Buganda road, Mengo, Rubaga, Arua park, makerere, Wandegeya, Kibuye, Nateete, and Ndeeba
were targeted. Proprietors affected included; Tom Mugenga, Deo Mugerwa, Ahmed Makaanga,
Kiberu Ibrahim, Kasaato Faisal, Kasekeende Yusuf, Atenyi Esther, Mutesasira Mike, Muwonge
Charlse, Rwaboba Goldino, Ssendi Jeffery, Kabega Abudul, Nkuutu Sadat, Mukwaya Charles,
Bemba Martin, Kiriggwajjo Michael, Kizza Moses, Kwezi Johnson and Golola Brain.

All the mentioned had mortgage loans in Crane Bank, Housing Finance Bank and DFCU. The
buildings were sold cheaply in order to settle the mortgages.

BAN ON USED ELECTRONICS

ZENCH XIN Electronics in Namanve belongs to Odrek Rwabogo and Sam Kutesa with limited
shares from Chinese Counterparts. They assemble electronics of all sorts but brand themselves as
manufacturers. They have colonized the market for fridges, sound systems and all sorts of domestic
electronics.

Ban on used cars

Rwabogo, Kutesa Tumwebaze, Janet Kataha and Nzeire own most of the car outlets including
Toyota Uganda, Auto Care, Victoria Motors, Tata Motors and Nis Uganda. The market for brand
new vehicles remains mainly for the government, NGOs and some large corporations. Majority of
companies and middle class prefer to go to smaller dealers for reconditioned vehicles whose sales
beat these large dealers in 20folds.

The intension of this ban is not to save the environment but to kick small dealers out of business and
raise the average price of the vehicles on the national market.

Use of Uganda Revenue Authority to suppress other business owners

From the testimonies recorded from twenty-five [25] of the major traders in Kampala, tax wars is
the most demeaning experience they get daily and in the night as nightmares. You never know what
to expect. While Rwabogo, Kutesa, Tumwebaze, Kabushenga, Bahati, Azuba, Akol, Kamukama and
Kagina import tones of merchandise, they pay no taxes at all but double-tax businessmen dealing in
similar products. City traders have submitted over 127 such complaints in letters through KACITA,
Ministry of Trade and Uganda Chamber of Commerce but nothing has been done to curb the vice.

Rwabogo Kutesa and Janet Kataha control the corruption hive. They protect it, feed it and nurse it.
Corruption is them and they are corruption. No project goes through except through them.
