Executive Summary:

TravelTime Tours and travels provide with travel packages and adventurous sports like mountain
hiking, paragliding and jet skiing.

Our target customer are the general people and higher class people with a salary at least
BDT 200000. This business will provide packages both Bangladesh and Asian Countries. We will try
to give our customers comfort; happiness and excitement that they will want to come back to us.
The price of our services will be affordable with good services.

Our major competitors are Asian Holidays Ltd and Honeymoon Tours and Travels. People of
17 to 70 ages will be our target groups. People of all over Bangladesh will be our customers and
also foreign people who come to visit our country. All the facility to have a comfortable journey and
a skilled tour guide will be provided as well.

Our pricing strategy will be mainly market penetration and value based pricing. Our main
office will be in Dhaka and Chittagong. It will be direct distribution channel where no intermediaries
will be involved.

We will have online and direct process service so that customer can use whatever way they
feel more comfortable. They can easily find details information in our website and social media. If
they need to contact us, contact information is given there.

Introduction:

Bangladesh is one of the beautiful countries. There are so many places which are very much
attractive and give us joy being there. Rivers, tea gardens, hills are all beautiful. Even the historic
monuments of our country are something to visit and enjoy. But somehow the tourism industry
could not develop because of lack of research and investigations.bangladesh has a lot to attract
both international and domestic tourists as it has so many attractive and beautiful spots.

On the other hand, we can see that there are many people from Bangladesh who wants to visit
outside the country but usually cannot as they find it a big hassle to apply for visa and processing.
Moreover they often find it not much secure to travel with families.

To solve these problems we, TravelTime, are introducing ourselves as a travel agency of
Bangladesh and are creating a great opportunity for the tourists and families to travel around the
world with us.

Night 1 Leave Dhaka by bus for Bandarban
Day-1/Night-2 Hotel checks in and refresh. After lunch, short sightseeing in
Bandarban. Evening back to hotel. Staying overnight in
Bandarban.
Day-2/Night-3 Start our journey to Nilgiri; mountain hiking will be done there.
We will also visit Chimbuk and Shoilopropat. Back to the hotel.
Day-3 This day we visit Sangu River, SwarnaMandir, ChakmaRajbari,
Meghla Garden. After lunch, transfer to Dhaka.

2.Sundarban
Day/Night Description
Night-1 Reaching Khulna through Bus
Day-1 Our boat will be waiting in Rupsha ferry ghat
early in the morning. Then we will start to
cruise towards the Sundarban forest. On the
way, the boat will stop at
Dhangmari/Chandpai Forest Station. Take the
permit and pay the fees. Take two armed
guard to enter Harabia forest office. It will
continue till Kotka arrives.
Day-2 Very early in the morning, take the small boat
for a short cruise inside the forest for bird
watching. Back to the hotel to take breakfast.
Then walk through the mangrove forest and
climbing the watch tower to Jamtala sea
Beach and then back to the ship. From there,
it will resume its journey toward the forest
which will continue till Kochikhali. Upon
arrival, the tour guide will guide us to the
Kochikhali Forest Office. We will be able to see
plenty of deer, monkey, birds etc. Back to the
boat, we will have some snacks and BBQ
party. After that we will stay overnight in a
hotel.
Day-3 After breakfast, we wil reach Karamjal Forest
office and resume its journey towards Khulna
in the evening.
Day- 4 Check for Dhaka. Then, return to Dhaka
overnight.

Cox’s Bazaar
Day/Night Description
Day-1 Leave Dhaka for Cox’s Bazaar
Day-2 After reaching Cox’s Bazaar in the morning, a
short beach tour will take place. After lunch,
jet skiing will take place in the Inani beach.
Then enjoy the sunset and the night view and
stay overnight in the hotel.
Day-3 Enjoy the morning beach. Start enjoying the
Laboni point, Himchari falls. Back to the Cox’s
bazar in the evening, have dinner and start the
journey to go back to Dhaka.

Day/Night Description
Day-1 In the morning, departure from Dhaka to Bangkok. Midnight
arrives in Bangkok Airport. Connecting flight to Pukhet in the
morning. The tour guide will come to pick up. Stay overnight
in Pukhet.
Day-2
Time: 8:00 – Air conditioned vehicle will be there to go to Phi Phi Island.
10:00 - Pass by Monkey Beach, the boat slows down in order for u to
take photos, after that the boat will take you to Phi Phi Ley.
10:30 – Enjoy swimming, snorkeling in the crystal clear water.

12:00 - Sightseeing at the Viking Cave and observe swift’s nests used
in making the world famous bird’s nest soup.
13:15 - Stop at Laemtong Beach for a great Buffet lunch at PP Erawan
Palm Resort beachside restaurant. Free time after lunch.
15:30 – Arrive at the boat Lagoon Marina: Transfer to your hotel.

16:00 - Sightseeing tour in Pukhet

Day-1 Arrive in Kuala Lmpur International Airport. Meet the tour
guide after immigration and custom clearance. Transfer to
Kuala Lumpur and stay overnight.
Day-2 Breakfast in hotel. Enjoy paragliding in Kuala Lumpur. Then
transfer for Penang. Stay overnight in Penang.
Day-3 Breakfast in hotel. Then start for Penang hill and Temple tour.
Then transfer to Kuala Lumpur
Day-4 Breakfast in hotel. KL city tour visit, such as King Palace,
National Monument, Independent Square, KLCC and Chocolate
