COUNTER-COMPLAINT

I, Luis C. Alarcon, Filipino, of legal age with postal address at of No.

30 Taylo St., Cagayan de Oro City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the accused in the Criminal Case No. 051982 for slight physical
injuries under Article 266 of the Revised Penal Code filed by Gary Flor
Romar.

2. I vehemently deny the allegations of Romar. I admit that Romar went to

my house in the evening of June 22, 2010. At that time, he was very drunk
and could hardly walk. He was shouting at the top of his voice looking for
me. Considering his condition, I asked him to leave and come back the
following day instead but he refused to do so. Since he could no longer be
pacified I just ignored him and went inside our house. 

3. The following day, I was informed that Romar fell down on the pavement
as a consequence of which he sustained physical injuries.

3. I am executing this counter-affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing to refute the allegations of Gary Flor Romar.
