C. Write about the things you plan to do. Use be going to for intentions or the
present continuous as future for more definite plans. Use future time
expressions.

Next, year I will be part of an amazing company called Spirit, they are a group of
employers that provide a great environment. I think that I am going to be the best
employee, all I have to do, is work hard on it and I will get it. I think next year will be the
best year of my life. I can't wait to be part of this amazing journey.

 D. Explain the differences between the future with BE GOING TO and WILL.
 
When we are talking about actions that are far into the future (months or maybe years
from now), we have to use WILL. When we are talking about actions that we will do
soon (tomorrow or next week), we have to use GOING TO.
