Hardware and Software Quote

Introduction 
Thank you for considering Hello Club as your member management and access control solution. 
We are excited to present you with this quote for the new hardware and software at your facility. 

This quote is valid for 3 months from the date listed on the cover page and includes the 
following: 

● Pricing for ICT hardware components for access and court light control 
● Pricing for one year of software subscription fees 

The software subscription fee can be paid monthly or yearly in advance. The yearly option is 
discounted and includes two months free of charge. 

All hardware components provided by Hello Club come with a standard two year warranty on 
manufacturing defects. 

Installation of the hardware can either be carried out by our technician or another local ICT 
certified installer of your choosing. Installation costs can be reduced by using a local electrician 
to do some preparatory wiring or installation work. However please note that the actual ICT 
hardware components must be installed by an ICT certified installer in order to receive the full 
two year warranty on these components. 

When installing door locks, please ensure that any doors can still be opened from the inside and 
that people can exit them in case of a fire or emergency, for example using a manual door 
handle or a push-to-exit button. We also recommend installing a manual bypass for any light 
relays, so that court lights can always be turned on manually by an administrator in the unlikely 
event of a system disruption. 

The hardware requires an internet connection to be present at the club, so that the system can 
synchronise itself with our online database. For best results, we recommend a reasonably fast 
and stable internet connection. However, the hardware has a built-in fail safe and will be able to 
operate doors and lights normally should a loss of internet connection occur.
