I. MARKETING PLAN

A. Product / Service to Sell Description

Hyokalatto is a stand providing cold and refreshing ice cream. The


business also caters to the different creamery needs of our costumers thus
providing them with a variety of flavors for this confectionary that is perfect for
the sweltering weather in our country.

B. Target Market

1. Area Coverage

The coverage area of the business stand would be Liceo de


Cagayan University main campus located at Rodolfo N. Pelaez Blvd.,
Kauswagan for the reason that the stall would be located at the HB canteen
of the said school.

2. Demographic Profile

The business’s target market are the people from Liceo de Cagayan
University ages 17 above. The school is composed of students whose ages
range from 17 to 24. Out of the 20 respondents 3 refused to spend money for
ice cream and the majority said yes on the survey that has been handed to
them.

C. Demand and Supply Analysis

years old, 1 age 20 years old and 1 age 24 year old respondents.

Conclusion:

The results met the business’s expectations because it hit the target market which is
the people from Liceo with ages ranging from 17 above.

Conclusion:

More than half of the target market is composed of female individuals.

The table shows that out of 20 respondents 75% or 15 people are from the strand
A.B.M. (Accountancy and Business Management), 30% or 6 people that answered
are from S.T.E.M. (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics), 50% or 10
respondents that answered are from H.U.M.S.S (Humanities and Social Sciences).
Lastly, 15% or 3 people that answered are from the college department.

Conclusion:

This shows that many students who answered are from the Senior high department.
Specifically, the ABM strand by this we can understand that most of the customers
will be coming from Senior High School mostly from ABM

Conclusion:

It appears that the allowance of the students may differ by their budget and to

Conclusion:

This just means that the respondents expected price for an ice cream is ₱15.00
making it likely for the population or the respondents to buy ice creams at a much
cheaper price.

and another 5% or 1 respondent answered green tea. While, no one answered
others.

Conclusion:

The table shows that most of the respondents prefer the flavor chocolate for their
ice cream, followed by mango, strawberry, coffee, vanilla and the least flavor they
chose is ube and green tea.

Conclusion:

This clearly states that most respondents prefers and enjoys their ice creams in a

Conclusion:

It shows that most of the target market prefers large size of cone / cup to put their
ice creams on. It seems that most people really likes big serving of ice creams
nowadays.

would like coated ice creams.

Conclusions:

In this table it is clearly stated that majority of the respondents wants their ice
cream to be coated than plain. More people preffer their ice creams sweeter and
has more varied texture.

Conclusion:

This clearly states that most of the respondents want their ice cream topped. By
this we could conclude that more people aside from wanting ice creams with
different flavors, wants their ice cream with added twist, texture and variety of
things to eat with it.

Conclusion:

More than half of the respondents eat ice cream once a week. We could conclude
that more people do like ice cream because they eat it once a week. Making the
business thrive added by the factor that the country is a tropical island where
summer is all year round.

Conclusion:

This clearly states that most of the respondents wanted their ice cream in swirls. By
this we can conclude that the people wanted ice creams wherein they could eat that
is smooth in the palate and light in the stomach.

Whether it’s disposing our trash in the right type of trash liner or container, it can

As a business that makes homemade ice creams and create more flavorful taste.
This gives the customers the flavor preference and able to recognize the quality of
the ice cream. The company has established various observations in making the ice
cream able to create many flavors that suit to the taste for the customers.
