 Two candidates are selected from the class. One is the interviewer and the
other the interviewee.
 The job is for Human Resource Manager in a Multinational Company.
 The experience required is 8-10 years.
 The Interviewer, who is a General Manager, can chose the other
requirements and ask questions related to job knowledge & experience and
behavioral & situational questions.

Second Interview

 The job is for a Management Trainee in a medium-size Company.
 No experience required.
 The Interviewer, who is an Operations Manager, can chose the other
requirements and ask questions related to job knowledge and behavioral &
situational questions.
 Please conduct an interview of about 12-15 mins.
