positions that will be created, if he’s trainings and experiences have not provided

commercial way.

Ask the management the numbers and positions that are needed. Seek help from hisfriends and ask
them for their referred professionals that will occupy the designated jobs.Let himself gain experiences
and knowledge in recruiting through certain seminars offeredelsewhere.

Poor communication with the top management of the company may lead to thisproblem. By solving
this, it could help him a lot with the specified number of employeesneeded to be hired. Proper selection
of the staffs is an important matter. Imply properselection screening process. Determine those qualified
job specification. Conduct tests forthe incoming employees and let them undergo to trainings.
