Guidelines for Online Classes

1. You need to mark your attendance in Chat box by typing out your full name
(As per 10th Grade Marksheet) at beginning of the class and towards end as well.
Example: Shubham Verma needs to write Shubham Verma instead of Shubham.

2. Sign on Zoom with your full name (As per 10th Grade Marksheet) otherwise
you may miss on your attendance and hence display names like Iphone, Realme,
Redmi, Oppo need to be avoided. You need to name your device as per your
official name.

3. Your Video needs to be in “On” mode throughout session for purpose of better
learning.

4. You need to ensure that there is no external disturbance where you are seated,
otherwise it may impact your learning.

5. You are expected to wear formals and be seated in proper classroom posture
while attending the session. Please treat this as very important and anyone found
violating this even in between the ongoing class would be removed from the online
class instantly.

6. You should ask questions in between by typing the same in Chatbox.

Questions asked by you shall be taken up by faculty as far as possible and
answered during the session.

7. You need to be punctual and hence enter the session by the stipulated time. A
Relaxation of 5 minutes may be provided to cover network related issues. Your
attendance may not be granted in case you are late by more than 5 minutes.

8. For better learning experience, you should keep a copy of syllabus / notebook
/ pen handy.
