DECLARATION BY PARENT/ GUARDIAN

1. I have willfully allowed my son/daughter to seek admission in Asian Law College, Noida, affiliated to CCS University, Meerut
for the B.A.L.L.B. Program, Batch of 2016-21.
2. My son/ daughter shall comply with the norms of Asian Law College and will be responsible & disciplined during the course
of study. In case of any serious indiscipline issue, the decision of the “Discipline Committee” would be final & abided,
including the rustication of my ward from the institute, if found guilty.
3. He/she shall not indulge in any act of indiscipline, misbehavior, unethical, immoral, anti-social, anti-national, criminal or illegal
activities or acts prohibited by law during his/her period of study at your institute.
4. He/ She shall not indulge in any act of ragging (online/ on campus/ hostel or outside) which is a criminal offence in India.
5. He/ She shall uphold the dignity and cultural sentiments of other students pursuing the course in the batch. He / she shall strictly
adhere to all the rules and regulations of the institute that are in force in the institute from time to time.
6. His/Her classes and other activities may be conducted online till on campus activities for students resume as per Government
directives and any kind of misconduct during online sessions will lead to a strict disciplinary action against him/her.
7. As a parent, I shall take the responsibility of paying all the applicable fees which include Course Fee, Hostel Charges (if
applicable), and reappearing examination fees, related to his studies, on or before the prescribed dates, during the entire period
of study, further I acknowledge and understand that fee once submitted is non-refundable.
8. He/ She will not cause any damage to the institute’s property and in case of non-compliance; I shall be responsible to pay all the
damages to the institute and accept the disciplinary action taken against my ward by the disciplinary committee.
9. I acknowledge and understand that Asian Law College, Noida, offering B.A. L.L.B. Program is affiliated to CCS University,
Meerut.
10. He/ She shall fulfill the minimum attendance criteria of 75% in each semester online and on campus classes, failing which he/
she will not be allowed to appear in the Universality examination.
11. He/ She will score minimum PAS (Professional Assessment Score) as explained in the student Handbook in order to be eligible
for Internship/Placement support, else no Internship/placement support shall be offered to my ward.
12. He/ She shall take prior approval from the concerned authority regarding the leaves/ absenteeism for online/on campus classes,
activities, etc. from the institute.
13. Shall follow all the norms of hostel (if applicable) and will not cause any damage to the hostel property else I shall be responsible
to pay the damages to the institute and accept the disciplinary action taken against my ward by the disciplinary committee.
14. My son/daughter is physically fit & not suffering from any major health problems which may be a hindrance to comply with
specified attendance norms (online/on campus) and academic compliance.

I am aware that, in case of my son/daughter not adhering to or violating or acting detrimental to any of the above undertakings,
at any point of time during his/her study period, my son / daughter shall forfeit his/her admission and I shall forfeit all payments
made to the institute and any claims or recovery of damages from the institute.
