______________________________ hereby undertake that:1. The information furnished in this application form and the documents attached with the application form, are correct and no information asked for has been concealed. That incomplete or incorrect information will disqualify me from admission in the Foundation University Institute of Management and Computer Sciences (FUIEMS). 2. At any time, during the course of study, if it is found that any information provided by me was incorrect or any of the documents produced at the time of admission was false/fake or tampered, which in its original form, would the Dean/Director may like to seek any remedy for the aforesaid seek, be immediately struck of from the FUIEMS rolls. I shall not be entitled to object or seek any remedy for the aforesaid decision of the Dean/Director regarding my removal from ht University rolls and that the decision of Dean/Director/University institute admission will be final binding of me. 3. In case my name is truck of the University rolls, under clause (2) above, I will not be entitled to claim refund of any of the fees/dues paid by me to the university for the academic year (September to August). I also understand that the university institute dues once deposited will not be refundable under any circumstances except security deposit and hostel dues. 4. I shall attend more than 75% of the specified lecture, seminars and practicals with effect from the commencements of each academic year, failing which my name may not be sent to the university for the professional examination of that particular year. 5. I can be stopped by the university institute authorities from appearing in the university examination of the respective academic year of account of shortage of lectures. 6. I realize that I will not be promoted to the next higher class, until I have cleared all the subject of the previous class of management sciences and engineering and IT course. 7. I will not indulge in politics or seek membership of any political party/organization/student federation/union, nor will I attend any meeting of such party/organization/student federation/union. In case I am reported to be guilty/involved in any aforesaid activities during my stay in the FUIEMS university authorities can rusticate me temporarily of expel me parentally from the institute that I shall neither have any claim, nor will I go to any court of law against the decision of the university.

8. If ever a disciplinary action is taken against me by the university authorities, I will not try to create a law and order situation or investigate the institute students against the decision taken by the said authorities. 9. I fully understand that incase there is any dispute between me on the one and the administration of the FUIEMS on the other, regarding my involvement in disciplinary or a political matter or regarding the imposition of any penalty or damages on me, the matter shall be referred to the Dean/Director as the sole arbitrator and his decision in such capacity shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court of law and shall be binding on me. 10. I will abide by the decision of the university/FUIEMS authorities in case I am guilty of ill-discipline, defamation and disrespect to an officer/staff of the FUIEMS or having committed other anti institutional activities. 11. I understand that hostel accommodation will be provided to me, subject to its availability. In case of any none availability of hostel accommodation. I will arrange the boarding on my own and the institute authorities will not be responsible for it in any case. 12. If I am provided any hostel accommodation, I will abide by the hostel rules and regulations. I will only myself reside on the basis of the hostel card issued to me by the FUIEMS authorities and will not handover the same to anyone else. In case of violation/abuse of procedure. I will deem myself as well as the person, to whom the card has been illegally handover by me, liable to strict disciplinary action/cancellation of hostel card etc. I will vacate the hostel room as and when the relevant card ceases to operate or is withdraw by the institute authorities. 13. I have the read the prospectus of the FUIEMS and I am fully aware of the details/requirements of its course programs. I will abide by the rules and regulations of FUIEMS and will pay fee and all other dues regularly on or before stipulated dates. I case none compliance, I will stand liable to struck of the institute rolls. I will ensure payment of all dues before going into the next semester. 14. I agree to follow the rules of the FUIEMS enforced presently and hereafter, the new rules to be made by the government of Pakistan, the higher education commission, the university or FUIEMS authorities. I will not go to any court of law against the rules and regulations presently enforced or hereafter, to be made by the authorities mentioned herein. I will do nothing inside or outside the institute premises. Which may interfere with the administration and discipline if the FUIEMS, Rawalpindi. 15. I understand that my failure of observe the above mentioned undertaking would result in cancellation of my admission/expulsion from the institute and that he decision of the university/FUIEMS in this regard will be final and shall not be challengeable in any court of law.
