Introduction
There is an adage that says “The only constant is change” today individuals and organizations
need to survive and thrive. Professionals need to learn how to manage their subordinates
effectively and they will require the techniques on how to unleash the creativity, talent and
energy within themselves and their people in the midst of pressure while seeking to balance
their personal, family and professionals life. The key to dealing with challenges that face
Leaders today is to be able to recognize a value-driven and principle-centred core within
themselves and their organizations. This will lead to not just understanding of how to
increase quality and productivity but also to a new appreciation of the importance of building
professional relationships in order to enjoy a more balanced, more rewarding and more
effective life.

Objective
At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
1. Learn how to balance their personal, family and professional areas of their life in the
middle of constant crises and pressures in their environment
2. Learn how to be happy for the successes and competencies of others in the organization
3. Gain insights on how to apply the values and principles both at work and at home
4. Maintain control and yet give people the freedom and autonomy they need to be effective
in their work
5. Internalize in the principles of total quality and continuous improvement at all levels in
the organization
