    Here are my responses: A. I can understand why some viewers found issues with the ending, as it does seem Jack could have potentially survived if creative solutions were explored. However, James Cameron makes a fair point that the script called for Jack's death, so some suspension of disbelief is required. B. Jack's death is an effective plot twist that enhances the tragedy of the story. However, an alternate ending where they both survive could have been satisfying too, such as one or both being rescued shortly after by another ship. C.
