Executive Summary:
This Project is aimed at understanding why Entrepreneurship is not
prevalent amongst the students of GIM. Though there were ample resources
provided, there is still reluctance from the students to show active participation
towards entrepreneurial ventures.
Through a series of Focus group and in-depth interviews, we have
understood that Awareness, Course curriculum and Rewards are the factors
lacking in the existing system that could potentially motivate students t start
working towards their own ventures.
Through Literature review of the sections as mentioned in the references
section later in the document, we interpreted the measurement scale for
EP( Entrepreneur potential) and formed questionnaire to find out the results.
Similarly, questionnaires were developed to individually understand Awareness,
Course curriculum and rewards aspects of the study.
Regression techniques are performed to check the dependence of EP
score on each of these parameters and test their dependency. Finally, insights
were drawn out of these tests.
