special priority granted and discretion of the respective Court.

All tied-up/Part-Heard matters stand released in terms of the Order of the then C.J. dated 08.01.2014.

The matters pending since more than 5 years shall be given priority in hearing and disposal.

Learned Advocates be requested to file their memos and applications for urgent hearing in the Registry a day in advance with copy to
